The ACLU of Eastern Missouri Racial Justice Project was launched in April, 2004 and addresses diverse issues in policing as they pertain to people of color in eastern Missouri. The project is designed not only to improve the relationships amongst African Americans, other minorities and police, but also to work with various groups and organizations to build trust relationships.
